The Group offers a variety of design service specialties including; work place solutions, retail, hospitality, architecture, graphics, sustainable design, project management, engineering, and design/build solutions.

The SL+A Hotels specialty group’s headquarters was relocated to Shanghai in 2002 to address the demand of the China market and now has a staff of 45 professionals. SL+A Hotels has operational groups in all Steven Leach offices and can service clients around the globe.

In 1975, whilst Steven was in Singapore, a fortune teller told him that the elephant was his lucky animal sign.
Coincidentally, Steven has just returned from Jakarta where he was staying in a hotel whose symbol was three elephants with a turbaned mahout sitting atop them.

Two months later when he opened the Singapore office, he produced a stylized version of this symbol to represent then Group, with each of the three elephants representing each of the offices at that time.
