Holiday Inn Express, ZhenPing

This hotel was built in 2002 and SL+A HOTELS have been appointed to update the interior space to keep up with the fast growing of Shanghai’s city scape. The owner of the property is from Kunming and have requested for Kunming’s culture be captured within the space. As this is a renovation project, our design team carried out an overall study to maintain the existing building structure and framework instead of carrying out major demolishing works.

SL+A HOTELS design team rose to the challenges of this project but with dedication and close communications with the client and management project manager and practicing the principles of sustainability, we managed to help our Client control their renovation budget and also shorten their whole construction time to 8 months for both exterior and interior works.
