ASCOTT Service Apartment

Our concept was to highlight this property to be the “Pearl’ of the city where with fine craftsmanship, the entrance of the service residence features an opened shell with a glowing pearl. Indeed and eye catching icon of the Lobby. SLA designed traditional and modern elements into the space and supported the property’s location of being the landmark of the city. The interior spaces of the 160 residences are fitted with facilities suitable for a businessperson’s short-term stay or for a longer tenure. Materials and colour palate of the interior finishes were kept to neutral tones and comfort to the touch and pleasing to the eyes.
