Alike the Clubhouse, also an award winning design project by SLA Shanghai, the inspiration of the name is fittingly from the landscape of the property planted with fragrant gardenia trees. These luxury properties were purposefully developed and designed for the elite who wishes to escape their hustle and bustle downtown lifestyle to a luxurious Villa way of life as and when they would wish to.
The architecture of the property is Contemporary Art Deco style and our brief was pure luxury. SLA Shanghai team did not hold back on luxury and our inspiration – diamonds, precious stone and precious metals. This inspiration is seen throughout the palatial villa from the crystal chandeliers ceiling detail to the high shine of polish metal in shades of rose gold and gold.
